Sharp Knife can be obtained by using Small Knife on a Sharpening Stone. The Sharpening Stone can be obtained by using a Mallet on the Clayey Rock, which is located on a hill on the main item on the right side of the map.
The Sharp Knife's main ability is to be a melee weapon in combat and to cut down Poison plant to access new items and areas.
