The Mushroom hidden behind a tree
The mushroom is found on Lion Island, hidden in the trees. It is laying on the ground and will respawn every time you reenter the area.

- Eaten using the EAT menu for 3 stamina
Where to Find[]
Once you are on Lion Island, head north until you are blocked by trees and then take a left. At the edge of the trees head north again and then right once you are past the forest of trees. Eventually you should find an opening and if you follow that path you will discover a Mushroom hidden behind a tree within a small clearing.
