Can be:

• Eaten using the EAT menu for 10 stamina.
• 5x Fillet of fish can be turned into 1x Minced Fish using a Wooden Knife, Knife, or Mortar

Where to Find

Use Wooden Knife (or better) on a fish such as Sardine or many other types of fish.
