The Diamond Ring is an item introduced in Stage 2. It is a 5 star tier item obtained through Fishing in the ocean with Perfect Fish Pole with Best Bait.
It has no use before the End Game Quest. Post-game it can be sold for 5000 dollars at Jewelry and Designer Goods Store on City Island.
